DipanshuTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. builds ERP, CRM, HRMS, web, mobile and AI software for Indian businesses from our office in Greater Noida. We have been in business for 10+ years and have delivered 963+ projects.
Who we are
DipanshuTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. writes software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and disconnected tools. Our office sits in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and most of our clients run factories, schools, clinics, shops, construction firms or agencies in India.
We have been in business for more than ten years. In that time we have delivered 963+ projects across 20+ industries, for clients in 15+ countries. A 9-person team works with us today, covering backend, frontend, mobile, QA and design.
We build three kinds of things. Custom software made to a client's own process, ready-made products we maintain ourselves, and AI features such as LLM chat and document search that plug into existing systems.

Products we run ourselves
Some of our work lives under our own roof. We operate ERPSetu, a multi-industry ERP, Takshiva for school management, RawERP for construction material dealers, AccVora for GST billing, Trackvora as a CRM for agencies, and WorkLens for employee monitoring and HRMS.
Running products ourselves teaches us things a client project never would: how invoices behave at month end, how support tickets cluster after a release, and what a database looks like after three years of real use. That experience goes into every custom build we quote.
How a project starts
We begin with a call about your process, not about technology. We ask who enters the data, who approves it, which reports you read every week and where mistakes currently happen. After that we send a written scope with modules, a fixed price or a monthly rate, and a delivery plan.
Work then moves in short cycles. You see a working version at the end of each cycle on a staging link, so changes are cheap. When the project ends, you receive the source code, server access and basic documentation. Nothing stays locked behind us unless you ask us to host and maintain it.

- How large is your engineering capacity?
- Our 9-person team is split across backend, frontend, mobile, QA and design. A typical project gets a small group sized to its modules instead of every available person, which keeps cost and coordination sensible.
- Do you only build custom software?
- No. We also run ready-made products such as ERPSetu, AccVora and Takshiva. Some clients start with a product and add custom modules later, while others need a build from scratch. We will tell you honestly which route costs less for your case.
- Do I get the source code when the project ends?
- Yes, unless you choose a hosted subscription product. For custom projects we hand over the source code, database, server access and documentation, so another developer can continue the work if you ever wish.
