OurEngineers & Roles
DipanshuTech is a 9-person team of developers, designers and testers in Greater Noida. This page explains which roles join a project, who you will talk to and how we staff work of different sizes.
Roles on a typical project
We do not hand your project to whoever is free. Every project gets named people for each role below, and you receive their names and contact details in the kickoff message. We keep individual profiles off this page on purpose, since people on a project change and we prefer to introduce you to the actual group working on yours.
- Project manager: your single point of contact, who owns the schedule, scope changes and weekly updates.
- Business analyst: sits with your staff, writes down the process and turns it into a module list.
- Backend developers: build databases, APIs, billing logic, reports and integrations.
- Frontend and mobile developers: build web screens and Flutter or React Native apps.
- UI designer: prepares screens you can approve before coding starts.
- QA tester: checks every release against the written scope before you see it.
- DevOps engineer: sets up servers, backups, SSL and deployment.
How we size a group
A website or small web app usually needs one project manager, one or two developers, a designer and part-time testing. An ERP, CRM or HRMS covering several departments needs a bigger group, often five to eight people, because modules such as inventory, accounts, payroll and reports can be built in parallel.
We prefer to start smaller and add people when the scope calls for it. Adding a developer in month two costs less than carrying an idle one from month one, and we say so in the estimate.
Specialisations across our 9-person team
Our engineers lean towards different stacks. Some work mainly in Laravel and PHP, some in Node.js, React and Next.js, some in Flutter and React Native, and some on AI and LLM features such as chat assistants, document search and data extraction. Desktop software for Windows, like our SchoolBill fee application, comes from a separate group familiar with offline-first design.
Many of our engineers have also worked on our own products, including ERPSetu, AccVora, Takshiva, Trackvora and WorkLens. That means they have lived with a system after launch, not only built it.
Talking to us during a project
You speak to your project manager by phone, WhatsApp or email, and you can ask to speak to a developer directly whenever a question is technical. We hold a short review call each week and keep a shared task list you can open at any time.
If someone on your project leaves or goes on leave, we replace them and brief the new person before telling you, so work does not pause while you wait.
Frequently asked
The questions the team asks
- Will I know who is working on my project?
- Yes. At kickoff you get the names and contact details of your project manager and the developers, designer and tester assigned. If anyone changes, we tell you and introduce the replacement.
- Can I talk directly to a developer?
- Yes. Your project manager stays your main contact for schedule and scope, but you can join calls with the developer building your module whenever you want to discuss something technical.
- Do you outsource work to freelancers?
- Our projects are built by developers who work with DipanshuTech. If a project ever needs a specialist from outside, we tell you before that person touches your code.
- Can I hire developers from you on a monthly basis?
- Yes. If you already have a product and need extra capacity, we can assign developers on a monthly rate. Write to admin@dipanshutech.com with the stack you need and we will reply with options.
